The King of Jordan with hidden wealth including a house in London. Private Eye produced a database, or highlighted it, years ago showing all/most of the property (private and commercial) in central London that had dubious ownership. A lot of them were tax dodges. There were 1,000s of them worth billions. An open secret and no action taken.
