his internet is not working so he asked me to post on here for him for some help if any one can. he is with virgin media and cant connect to the internet the error says 'Default Gateway' anyone know anything about this thanks in advance

I've had the problem before, tell him to give Virgin a call, they should be able to help.

Virgin media is just realy dodgy. Ive got it too and if its not the internet thats fooked its the catch-up thingy on the tv thats not working :coffee:

for all those having issues with Virgin, may i suggest O2, never had a day of bother since i got it, recommend over any other,

and sky for your TV and phone
