HTC Closed Down Because Of Covid-19?

Was just in Tesco in Musselburgh getting my vino supplies topped up. As I'm looking at the wine deals there's an older couple and he felt finishes a telephone call and he says to his wife "...bloody hell he can't get into the Hibs training centre as it's closed down because of Covid-19 and it's getting a deep clean...".

I thought or should I say , led to believe, the 10 day isolation thingy was done away with and after 2 neg tests you could get on with life as normal.
