Has to be good news 🙏

Interesting, Scotland seems to be more cautious, not even allowed nightclubs to open at level zero! Best pack my dancing shoes away again. Also says 15 people from 15 families outdoor...not enough to make up 11 aside football!

I'm sure that's changed . Thought it was 2000 in stadiums but can be increased with government approval

Just read @Power thread, seems unlikely that will happen up here so soon.

I think they've looked at the ufc from this weekend in a full stadium and thought it will work here, but 15000 vs anything between that number and 100000 likely to turn out at football matches and the likes over here seems quite irresponsible 🤷‍♂️

Great when something positive gets turned into a negative

Great news.
More and more convinced we will all be back at Easter Road in August/September.

To be fair to Moaty, he is going on the history of this fucking virus.
If the vaccine plus lockdown has done the job and we can sit in pubs( which appears to be the main objective for some), then Johnson and his cohorts have got something right for a change, but if mass attendances at events lead to a rise in the R number and consequently another lockdown.......

We’ll get there. It’ll be interesting to see how this plays out from summer onwards - in a positive way.

If the uptake on the vaccine from the 18-40s is as good as 40s onwards, or could be 50s? Then we will be back for the start of the season IMO.

Over to the youngsters 🤓

Once everyone who can be vaccinated has been vaccinated we have played our hand. Any restrictions beyond that point are hard to justify

These tests are pretty good so could be good thing. Submit yer test result the day before a game and yer ticket or ST gets issued?

Well see about justification if the virus starts killing big numbers again.

We'll have played our hand early and this is a global pandemic. The UK is just a tiny part of that.

We need to be cautious as the virus is still running rampant around the world, almost a million cases a day. The last thing we need is this devious little virus to come along and trump us with a ace of variation.
