I don't like our style of football. It was effective but the luck has now run out. 4 points from 12 where we have had very favourable fixtures over the festive period isn't cutting the mustard.

For me this season is all down to the league cup. If we win it and finish 4th I'd be delighted. If we don't.....cheerio.

Him and our recruitment team put all their eggs in one basket players who have been out for a while with serious injuries and what happens both are injured again, do proper checks get done at EM on players or what?

Wright was awful at Ibrox yet he starts tonight, County set up in the middle to stop our flair players and it worked, Ross just stands there looking glum and doesn’t counter their set up. Wright, Hallberg and Boyle had to be replaced yet he takes off Wright and Doig.

Boyle is an embarrassment the County player hardly touched him yet he falls to the ground like a cheat, poor again tonight and he wasn’t the only one, Newell, Hallberg, Doidge, Wright, Hanlon were very poor tonight.

I think Ross has been over performing up til recently with the players at his disposal. They are a very very average group on the whole with one or two standouts.

For many reasons the squad isnt strong enough to cope with injuries and suspensions, which is puzzling because we seem to have signed players who have a history of injury problems which doesn't seem too clever when your running with a small squad numbers wise.

Must say I did feel fleeting pangs of envy at some of Yogi's passionate gestures and exhortations.

I doubt there's money left in the pot to buy new players and I honestly can't see big bucks being offered for any of our current ones. If a silly offer came in for Nisbet I'd be tempted to take it, although why any English team would want to buy a player who's struggling in the SPL is lost on me.
I reckon we're stuck with the mob we've got and its going to be a long second half to the season.

That right there is crux of the issue - we’re a counter attacking team. It works away from home, and simply doesn’t at home. Our home record this season is dreadful, yet our away record is probably as good as it’s ever been.

Jack Ross needs to find a way for us to overload teams when we are at home. When the ball comes into the box there should be four or even five Hibs players there, not one or two.

What we’re doing in away games works, I’ve no issue with that. But the set up at home has to change, and change quickly.

Exactly , the more players in the box the more chance of a wayward attempt from Doidge hitting them in the arse and going in .

Tensions running high after that brutal performance, I don’t think anyone wants JR to be sacked but if he doesn’t find a plan B especially at home the results will do more harm to him and his management team.

We have teams in our league who didn't sell season tickets and are cash strapped

I did say I'm worried about his lack of a plan B . Dunno why he just didn't change our formation to 352 tbh. Players were on the park to do so with Boyle having to play wingback.

I agree, most teams simply play 3 to our 2 as Boyle is in and out the game and Wright is never in it. We are 1 or 2 men down.
