I put a couple slices of the ham I baked yesterday on toasted seeded loaf with a few chunks of extra mature scottish cheddar and some piccalilli.
 
Seeing as it's st Andrews day had a cracking haggis supper washed doon wae a dram o glenlivet 22 notes asda watching Leicester v Fulham
 
Starting the day with a bacon and sausage roll, a decaf coffee and the mandalorian on my computer while I tidy up this weeks work

Tonight soup laced with left over tripe, then haggis neeps carrots and tatties, then icecream with raspberries, finished off with a black coffee and a cake called a Mix Max Balconi(nice they are too).

Today the Tofu press was out. Pressed a block, sliced the much thinner waterless block. Half slices fried in seasoned olive oil. Shed load of various greens added and stir fried.

A can of this stuff. Brewdog V Evil Twin collaboration Roaster Coaster Nitro Vietnamese Coffee Imperial Stout. 9.0 % ABV. £3.50 In Tesco. Not from Brewdog Scottish brewery but the USA, fair enough on price. It is absolutely brilliant.

I am making pork escalopes, no decided to do it with some spaghetti or vegan coleslaw. Opened some wine and like you, enjoying reading the interweb.
